  We first met with Han Widjaja Chen when we bought our apartment properties in San Gabriel Valley around 5-6 years ago. Since then, we have bought additional properties in Los Angeles County and have fostered good relationships with many active real estate brokers and agents.

  We had listed 2185 Pacific Ave for 6 months with a family friend, a residential agent, who we believed could sell our property.
