  I was a developer and a real estate broker for a long time. I built this property back in 1987 with an excellent quality construction. Due to personal reasons, I had to sell the property and exchanged into a less management intensive asset. Seeing how successful Han in helping his clients sold their apartment properties, I contacted him and gave him an exclusive listing agreement.

  We went into escrow shortly after with another agent’s buyer. Unfortunately, the other agent did not have good control of his client and the deal fell apart.
